But there is a way to fuel your body that works for you and
it starts by keeping things simple.

š” You donāt need to cut out whole food groups.
š” You just need a little support finding the balance that fits your body, lifestyle
and goals.
Not with more rules. And definitely not with restriction.
Start with the foundations:
āļø Eating enough real food throughout the day
āļø Including all three macronutrients (carbs, protein and fats)
āļø Building meals that leave you feeling satisfied, not restricted
āļø Noticing how food makes you feel, not just how āhealthyā it looks
And yes, thereās space for the things you enjoy. Nutrition isnāt all or nothing.
