The advice keeps changing, and most of it was never meant for women navigating perimenopause, real life or actual energy needs.
Here’s the truth: there is no single “perfect” way to eat.
But there is a way to fuel your body that works for you and
it starts by keeping things simple.
💡 You don’t need to follow trends.
💡 You don’t need to cut out whole food groups.
💡 You just need a little support finding the balance that fits your body, lifestyle
and goals.
Not with more rules. And definitely not with restriction.
Start with the foundations:
✔️ Eating enough real food throughout the day
✔️ Including all three macronutrients (carbs, protein and fats)
✔️ Building meals that leave you feeling satisfied, not restricted
✔️ Noticing how food makes you feel, not just how “healthy” it looks
And yes, there’s space for the things you enjoy. Nutrition isn’t all or nothing.
