I want you to know: itâs not your fault.
The advice keeps changing, and most of it was never meant for women navigating perimenopause, real life or actual energy needs.
Hereâs the truth: there is no single âperfectâ way to eat.
But there is a way to fuel your body that works for you and
it starts by keeping things simple.

đĄ You donât need to cut out whole food groups.
đĄ You just need a little support finding the balance that fits your body, lifestyle
and goals.
Not with more rules. And definitely not with restriction.
Start with the foundations:
âď¸ Eating enough real food throughout the day
âď¸ Including all three macronutrients (carbs, protein and fats)
âď¸ Building meals that leave you feeling satisfied, not restricted
âď¸ Noticing how food makes you feel, not just how âhealthyâ it looks
And yes, thereâs space for the things you enjoy. Nutrition isnât all or nothing.
