Founder of KazLit Nutrition and a Bachelor-qualified nutritionist (University of the Sunshine Coast).
I help women boost their energy, feel more confident and become comfortable in their own skin again, without overthinking food or starting over every Monday.
Because if you’re here, chances are…
you’ve already tried to “do the right thing”.
And yet..... food still feels confusing.
I know what it’s like to feel confused by food and I also know it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Before nutrition, I spent 20 years working in banking and finance and also ran a café and catering business. So I understand real life.
Busy days, decision fatigue and trying to do the right thing without overcomplicating it.
Outside of work, I still prioritise my own movement, gym a few times a week, Pilates, walking, riding and stretching. These days, it’s less about extremes and more about consistency, balance and doing what feels good for my body.
My How I got here
My journey into nutrition didn’t start in a textbook.
At 35, I went through a major life shift, leaving a long-term relationship,
my home, work and everything familiar and starting again somewhere new.
During that time, I knew I wanted something different… I just didn’t know what.
I found myself back in corporate, but also stepping into a gym for the first time.
With the support of a PT and nutritionist, I began to understand my body in a
completely new way and even went on to compete in a bodybuilding competition.
But what stayed with me wasn’t the competition.
It was the realisation that we’re never really taught how to eat.
So at 44, I went to university for the first time and studied nutrition,
wanting to understand the science properly, not just follow the noise.
To also understand nutrition and the human body at a level that allows
me to pass on this knowledge to others.
My approach to nutrition
I step away from strict meal plans and instead help women understand food,
so they can build their own meals with ease.
Because nutrition shouldn’t feel confusing or restrictive.
It should feel simple, supportive, and something you can actually live with.
What I love most
I love seeing women let go of years of dieting stress.
Watching them relax around food, feel more like themselves again
and actually enjoy eating without guilt or overthinking.
I also love the simple things, a long black, reading,
a good board game and slowing things down where I can.
Where I work
I’m based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia
and I don’t take for granted how lucky I am to live here.
But I work with women anywhere, everything can be done online,
so all you need is a phone.
If you’re ready
If you’re ready to feel more confident, more energised
and more at ease with food…
I’d love to support you.
