Because you’ve tried that.
You’ve lost count of the different diets, the conflicting advice and
the times you’ve started again on Monday.
And yet here you are, trying to figure out why eating well still feels so hard!
Because no matter what you do, you’re still:
Googling “is [food] bad for you” and getting 12 different answers
Avoiding certain foods because someone once told you it’s unhealthy
Hitting that 3pm wall and reaching for something quick
Spiralling in the evening after being “so good” all day
And you’re TIRED!
All you want is someone to help you understand what actually works
for YOUR body and your lifestyle now.
And that’s where I come in!
Hi, I’m Karin

University Qualified Nutritionist,
Founder of KazLit Nutrition
Your New Nourishment Bestie.
I help busy women feel more energised, confident and comfortable with food again, without needing another strict plan or cutting out everything they enjoy.
Because I believe food was never supposed to feel this complicated.
And the reason it does isn't because you lack willpower, discipline, or knowledge, it's because you've been handed conflicting rules by an industry that profits from you not knowing the answer.
My job isn't to give you another set of rules to follow.
It's to help you understand what's actually going on (with your body, your patterns, your relationship with food) so you can stop needing someone to tell you what to do, and start trusting yourself instead.
One built on understanding, confidence, and trust in yourself.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together 1:1 to:
Cut through the conflicting advice (the "cut carbs," the "eat more protein," the "you should try this") and get clear on what actually matters for your body
Unpack the food rules you've been carrying for years (the ones you don’t know where they came from) and figure out which ones are actually worth keeping
Work through the patterns keeping you stuck – the energy crashes, the evening spiral, the all-or-nothing cycle that starts fresh every Monday
Build the kind of confidence that holds up in real life – at a dinner out, in a busy week, or when someone comments on what you’re eating
Finish with a genuine understanding of your body and food, and never feel like you have to start again on Monday.

Clarifying questions
Decision support
Light accountability
Weeks 1–3: Calm & clarity
We reduce the noise and overwhelm and build the foundations. You begin to understand what actually matters for you and what you can stop worrying about.
Experience: “I can stop trying to do everything perfectly. I’m starting to understand what my body actually needs.”
Weeks 4–5: Confidence & competence
We build on those foundations and start applying them to your everyday eating. Meals begin to feel simpler and decisions become easier.
Experience: “I’m not just following advice anymore, I’m learning how to make choices that work for me.”
Week 6: Food awareness
We become curious about what is happening beyond simply what you eat. You may journal or make simple notes about cravings, hunger, fullness, situations around eating, emotions, routines or other patterns that come up. The purpose is not to track perfectly or judge; it is to notice.
Experience: “I’m starting to see the patterns behind my eating, without judging myself for them.”
Week 7: Your Nourished Check-In | 60 minutes
A dedicated deeper check-in to pause, understand and recalibrate. Together we explore what has changed, what you have noticed, what is working, where you are still getting stuck, patterns or behaviours we have uncovered, whether your original goals still feel right, and what you need from the next part of your Nourished Path.
Experience: “This isn’t about whether I’ve been ‘good’ or ‘bad’. We’re using what I’ve learnt about myself to work out what I need next.”
Weeks 8–10: Real-life application
We take what you have learnt about nutrition and yourself and apply it to real life, everyday decisions, eating out, social occasions, labels, changing routines, cravings and the weeks that do not go according to plan.
Experience: “I can handle real life without feeling like one meal, one weekend or one difficult week has undone everything.”
Weeks 11–12: Integration & trust
We bring everything together and build your Plan B, because real life will never be perfectly predictable. The goal is not to leave knowing how to follow my program; it is to leave knowing how to support yourself.
Experience: “I trust myself. I know how to nourish myself without needing to start again.”

One of my clients told me she hadn’t eaten a white potato in years.
Not because she didn’t like them but because she believed they were “bad”.
When I gently asked why… she paused and said,
“I’m actually not sure anymore.”
So we looked at it together.
And what she realised changed everything.
It wasn’t just about the potato.
It was about the stress, the second-guessing
and the constant feeling of getting it wrong.
Her words:
“I feel calmer. Happier. More in control.”
This is what Your Nourished Path is really about.
“I've tried so many things and nothing has worked…”
You probably have and that experience matters.
Nourished Path isn't about handing you another plan and asking you to try harder.
We look at what you've tried before, what helped, what didn't and what was simply never realistic for your life.
Then we build from there, around you.
You’re not starting again. You’re bringing everything you’ve already learnt with you.
"Should I just try Ozempic / a GLP-1 first?"
GLP-1 medications can be a useful option for some women and deciding whether one is right for you is a conversation to have with your doctor.
But medication and good nutrition aren't an either/or.
Whether you use a GLP-1 now, later or not at all, understanding how to nourish your body, support your energy, maintain muscle and build habits you can live with still matters.
I'm not anti-GLP-1.
I'm pro-foundation.
"I'm worried it will feel restrictive."
Then Nourished Path may feel refreshingly different.
I'm not here to give you another list of foods you can and can't eat. We look at what you already eat, what you enjoy, your lifestyle and your goals and work from there.
There is room for eating out, celebrations, chocolate, cake and ordinary Tuesday nights when dinner doesn't go to plan.
The goal isn't to eat perfectly. It's to feel confident making food choices without needing another set of rules.
"What if I have a bad week?"
Then we have something useful to talk about.
A difficult week isn't proof that you've failed, and it certainly doesn't mean going back to the beginning.
We get curious about what happened. What changed? What got harder? What did you need that week? What can we learn from it?
Because I know you’ve tried it all.
The meal plans you followed perfectly for two weeks before real life got in the way.
The resets and detoxes that worked until they didn't.
The challenges, the apps, the frameworks that made sense in theory and fell apart the moment you had a dinner out or a stressful week.
You've done all of that, and yet you’re still here wondering why nothing works for you.
But that ends here.
It’s time for you to get real understanding, real confidence, and real trust in yourself around food.

This is your opportunity to ask me anything!
